At Pineridge Golf Resort, our goal is to sell our fantastic RV lots! However, not everyone is ready to jump right into a purchase and so we are willing to PROVE our establishment to our buyers by arranging a LEASE.
Leasing a lot at PGR allows you to “try before you buy” as a huge benefit but runs the risk that another buyer will purchase the lot you are interested in.
Typically, our competitive, seasonal rate (April 15 – Oct 15) for RV site leasing is $4900 per year inclusive of utilities (to a maximum power usage). We also offer winter storage at no extra cost to the guest. However, lot sales in 2020 were exceptional, and our inventory at the start of 2021 is now approximately ten lots. Our 3rd phase is likely to sell out in 2021.
As such, we are still offering a “try before you buy” option for potential buyers but are limiting our lease to a monthly lease in 2021.

In Phase 1, The Summit, RV Lots are shaped out of mature woodlands to create a natural feel in the middle of a beautiful Golf Course setting.
RV Lots in Phase 2, The Meadows are all large lots and offer sun lovers an open concept! Many of the lots border the golf course or a green belt, with enough mature tree coverage or space set-back to retain privacy for your unforgettable summer getaway.
RV Lots in Phase 3, The Ridge, are our feature lots that opened to the public in 2017. These large treed lots offer increased privacy with space and mature trees and all back onto the golf course, have a view of Lake Wabamun, or are creek backing! These are some great lots!
