The Ridge RV Lots Ready to Move in!

What a great start for our new 3rd Phase (The Ridge) at Pineridge Golf Resort.  We are now 35% sold and 35% leased totalling 70% occupied just a few months into the first season.  These fantastic lots are very sought after and will continue to fill up fast. 

We are on track to have the roads paved at the end of the summer, and work is commencing on the tennis court / pickleball / basketball multicourt as well.  We will keep you posted on the opening of our new Golf holes and the Grand Opening of our 12 hole golf course format.  We are weeks away from opening and the holes are looking great!
