Since opening our doors in 2006, Pineridge Golf Resort has grown into one of Alberta’s most sought-after destinations for RV living, recreational golf, and family-friendly outdoor living. Four Purposefully Designed Resort Phases
Over the years, Pineridge has expanded through four thoughtfully planned development phases—each created to meet the evolving needs of our resort community.
Phase 1 – The Summit (2007)
Our original 58-lot development set the foundation for what Pineridge would become: spacious, well-serviced lots with immediate access to golf and amenities.
Phase 2 – The Meadows (2012)
An additional 66 lots were added alongside our community-designed Recreation Centre, featuring:
- § Fitness equipment and workout area
- § Card tables, ping pong, foosball, darts, and air hockey
- § A comfortable sports lounge with big-screen TV
- § Group outdoor BBQ and gathering area
Phase 3 – The Ridge (2017)
This scenic phase introduced 74 large, deep-serviced lots with added lifestyle features including:
- § Beautiful, elevated views of Lake Wabamun
- § A full pickleball court
- § A community loft/nook for quiet relaxation or social connection
Phase 4 – The Woods (2024)
Our newest and most tranquil phase features 31 treed RV lots with full city water service, plus a beach volleyball court for active outdoor enjoyment. Surrounded by natural beauty, The Woods offers privacy, comfort, and connection to nature.

In 2020, Pineridge proudly became the first resort in Alberta to bring the 12-hole golf concept to life—a fresh, modern approach to the game that reflects the evolving needs of today’s golfers.
