Pineridge Golf Resort has proven to be a golfer and RV lifestyle enthusiast's destination of choice since the opening of our 58 site RV Resort in 2007 Phase 1 The Summit, and additional 66 lots in Phase 2, The Meadows in 2012. Our most recent addition, Phase 3 The Ridge, opened with 74 deep serviced lots in the Spring of 2017. Upon completion of our second phase The Meadows, we engaged Pudicombe Golf to design and construct a bonus hole which enabled renovations to the other holes. This construction also provided and additional hole in play. The Bonus Hole was constructed in the Fall of 2012 and open for play in August, 2013. Also built in 2012, and open for the beginning of the 2013 season, was our beautiful 5,400 square foot Clubhouse and 9 Iron Grill. Both opened in time for the 2013 golfing season. These improvements to the property have brought further value to the lots at Pineridge.

At Pineridge Golf & RV Resort, our approach to building additional phases and amenities, is to conduct surveys with existing resort guests to determine what RV'ers want and will use. In fact, survey results were considered in the planning and construction of The Meadows' Recreation Centre. This facility offers a gym with fitness equipment, card tables, Fooseball, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Dart boards, a Sports Lounge with a big screen TV, and a group outdoor BBQ area. Our aim is to provide the best and most practical amenities, as chosen by our guests, in an effort to keep maintenance fees reasonable.

With this in mind, you'll know our RV lot prices are the best investment in Alberta! Purchasing a lot at Pineridge Golf Resort actually offers a Return On Investment (ROI) of approximately 3% after all expenses, considering current rental rates. Your ROI only grows as lot rental rates increase. Did you know that seasonal rental rates were $1000 less per year 10 years ago?
