Head Chef
Located in Seba Beach, Alberta Pineridge Golf Resort is short 30-minute drive west of Spruce Grove and 45 minutes from West Edmonton. The 9 Iron Grill and Patio is Pineridge Golf Resort's signature restaurant and boasts the new concept of 12 hole full-length golfing, and a newly built 5700 sq.ft Clubhouse with 106 person banquet facilities, 50 person restaurant, and a gorgeous patio that holds 40 people.
We are looking for a Head Chef who enjoys working and leading a great team of individuals and has excellent leadership skills that can work well under pressure and loves to create menu items that are of excellent quality and taste.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following;
Menu Design to enhance our customer’s culinary experience while keeping high quality
Custom Menu design for appropriate groups
Creating Recipe cards to go with each meal
Ordering & Monitoring Food Inventory
Hire, training and mentoring staff
Work closely with the FOH Manager to ensure the restaurant is running efficiently and effective
Ensure food going out is consistent and maintains company standards
Maintain and creating budgets for events
Food ordering and ensuring the stock is being used, and properly rotated
Maintain a safe, sanitary, and clean kitchen/prep area
Must be Fluent in English and have excellent communication skills with all departments
Ability to inspire a team and delegate as needed
